1. Payment
We only accept PayPal for oversea customers
We do accept bank transfer too for Hong Kong customers, banking charges for the transfer would be responsible by customers.
2. Shipping
Delivery time is approx. 7 - 14 business days to most US/UK/AU destinations. It would take approx 3 days for Hong Kong local delivery.

All items will be dispatched from our warehouse in China or Hong Kong directly.
Shipping and handling (S&H) charges are fixed per item ;
please confirm your address before placing order.
Optional shipping insurance is offered (for both domestic and international buyers). We are not responsible for uninsured items lost in transit.
3. Return policy
we offer 90 days warranty (starting from the dispatch date) for all products, unless specified on the specific item pages.
Defective/ Wrong Items - within the warranty period,
Non-Defective Merchandise (20% restocking fee will be charged) - within 14 days of receipt
We will arrange replacement for defects while rthe defective would be returned back with the charge paid by seller, refund will only be valid if replacement cannot be settled and mutual agreed between us and customer. 4. Intellectual property
All products design, logo in the web as intellectual property belonging to HArvest Industrial Co, anyone using the design, images, products for selling, advertising and manufacturing wihtout authorization of Harvest Industrial Co will be treated as violating the rights of Harvest Industrial Co, we reserve the right to take legal actions against the improper activities.
On the other hand, We endeavor to source genuine products from our suppliers. However, if you do feel that our products may infringe your trademark, patent or other intellectual property rights, please send e-mail to [email protected]. We will respond to you and address your issue immediately.
